The bulk of the city. Galvanised supply lines, cast-iron waste, 100-amp services and original aluminium windows are the standard set.
1990s–present attached housing
Townhomes and condominiums near the commercial districts. Unit-boundary systems, balcony waterproofing and shared-assembly moisture are the priorities.
